Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled or unsatisfactory rides.

Cancellation

• Cancel 2+ hours before pickup = 100% refund
• Cancel within 2 hours = ₹100 cancellation fee
• No-show at pickup = full charge

Service Issues

• Driver no-show = full refund + complimentary next ride 10% off
• Vehicle issues = pro-rated refund based on distance covered

Process

Email refund request to [email protected] within 7 days of ride. Refund processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method.
